Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. The location was superb despite some noise disturbances. Dining had good options, but lacked variety. Facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms furnished with lovely solid wood furniture, maintaining a modern look but with some cleanliness issues. The service, although mostly good, had a few instances of unfriendliness. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside and nearby attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with well-cooked meals. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be improved.
The hotel rooms were ideal for our two-night stay, although I wish we had a shower instead of just a bath. The room felt more like a motel room with no character, tired decor, and being smaller than expected despite paying for an upgrade.
